Kastner Westman & Wilkins adds a new associate attorney

Kastner Westman & Wilkins, LLC, a boutique labor and employment law firm representing management exclusively, hired Olivia Hochschwender as an associate attorney.

Hochschwender’s practice includes all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation, workplace investigations, representation of employers before a vast array of federal and state administrative agencies, and advising employers on day-to-day employment decisions.

The West Akron resident is a 2014 cum laude graduate of The University of Akron School of Law. She also previously earned a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.

Prior to joining KWW, Hochschwender was a field attorney and Equal Employment Opportunity counselor with the Cleveland regional office of the National Labor Relations Board.

KWW’s clients range from Fortune 500 companies to smaller regional businesses, including both local institutional employers and public sector entities.

The firm provides employers with counsel and representation in affirmative action compliance, alternative dispute resolution, employee benefits, employment litigation, EEOC and other administrative charges, human resources consulting, labor arbitrations and negotiations, occupational safety and health, trade secret and non-compete litigation, wage and hour issues, and workers’ compensation.
