By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2018 06 2580 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

 

FRIDAY, THE 22ND DAY

OF FEBRUARY, A.D., 2019

 

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

All that certain real estate situated in the State of Ohio, County of Summit and in the City of Akron, to wit:

Being Lot Number Sixteen (16) of Collins, Alexander Subdivision, as the same is numbered and delineated upon the recorded plat thereof record in Plat Book 32, Page 80, Recorder's Office, Summit County, Ohio.

 

Property located at: 555 Moreley Avenue, Akron, OH 44320.

Property appraised at: Seventy-eight Thousand Dollars ($78,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m. and at the same place on the 8th day of March, 2019. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))

The Sheriff's Office nor any of its affiliates have access to the inside of said property, at any time. (This includes appraisals for bank loans.)
