By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2018 09 3732 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

 

FRIDAY, THE 26TH DAY

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the Township of Northfield Center, County of Summit, State of Ohio:

And known as being Sublot No. 18 in Charter Lakes Estate II Subdivision of part of Original Northfield Township Lots Nos. 29 and 30, as shown by the recorded plat in Cabinet J, Slides 526-528 of Summit County Records and being 100 feet front on the Easterly side of Olde Eight Road and extending back of equal width 200 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property appraised at: Two Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($210,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m. and at the same place on the 10th day of May, 2019. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
