Whereas, Judgment of Foreclosure has been rendered against certain parcels of real property for taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, costs and charges, the permanent parcel number of each parcel included in such action, the full street address of each parcel, if available, a description of the parcel as set forth in the delinquent land tax list, the name and address of the last known owner thereof, as such appear on the General Tax List, the amount of Judgment, for taxes and costs, for each parcel are as follows:

Amount of Judgment (1) for Taxes: $30,463.26; (2) for Court Costs: $3,286.84; "MINIMUM BID": $33,750.10.

 

All of the above property being subject to restrictions, covenants, limitations, conditions, easements, and rights of way of record, running with the land.

Whereas, such Judgment orders such real property to be sold by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of the Judgment;

Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, STEVE BARRY, Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, will sell each parcel, at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder at the West door of the Court House in Akron, Ohio, at 10:00 A.M. on the 5th day of November, 2019, and if any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions and at the same place on the 19th day of November, 2019.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ALL SUCH REAL PROPERTY TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL TAX LIEN THAT MAY NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BY THE SALE. THESE PROPERTIES MAY ALSO BE SUBJECT TO A CHILD SUPPORT LIEN THAT WILL NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BY THE SALE.

TERMS OF SALE: Pursuant to Rule 12 of the Summit County Common Pleas Court Rules, a deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 cash or certified check, payable to the Summit County Sheriff, is required at the time the bid is accepted. Purchaser is required to pay interest in the amount of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of his bid, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price must be paid within thirty (30) days of the Filing of the Confirmation of Sale (or Order/Decree of Forfeiture).
