By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2015 07 3622 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on
FRIDAY, THE 3RD DAY
OF JANUARY, A.D., 2020
at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Green, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
Known as being all of Lot No. 91 of the Mystic Pointe Subdivision as recorded in Plat Cabinet N, Slides 201 to 224 of Summit County Records, and all amendments thereto.
Prior Deed Reference: Reception Number 55524665 on March 12, 2008 and Reception Number 55509198 on January 9, 2008 and Reception Number 54321992 on July 28, 1999.
Property located at: 3209 Deborah Court, Uniontown, OH 44685.
Property appraised at: Two Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($210,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m. and at the same place on the 17th day of January, 2020. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
The Sheriff's Office nor any of its affiliates have access to the inside of said property, at any time. (This includes appraisals for bank loans.)
