By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2019 04 1593 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

And known as being a part of Lot 4, Tract 3, formerly in Portage Township, and more fully described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pipe set on the East line of Patterson Avenue, 50 feet in width, said beginning point 210.00 feet North of the North line of Ontario Street extended Easterly; thence Easterly along a line 210.00 feet North of and parallel with the North line of said Ontario Street extended Easterly 160.00 feet to an iron pin; thence Northerly and parallel to the East line of said Patterson Avenue, 70.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence Westerly and parallel with the North line of said Ontario Street extended 160.00 feet to an iron pipe on the East line of said Patterson Avenue; thence Southerly along said street line 70.00 feet to the place of beginning as surveyed by Gehres and Kingsley, Surveyors, on May 8, 1950. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
