By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2018 08 3404 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

 

FRIDAY, THE 19TH DAY

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

And known as being part of Lot No. 142 in the Ferdinand Schumacher Allotment of part of Lots 15 and 18 of Portage Path, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 12-13, Summit County Records, and being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 142; thence Northerly along the East line of said lot, 100 feet to a point; thence Westerly parallel with the South line of said Lot No. 142, 37.75 feet to a point; thence Southerly parallel to the East line of said lot, 100 feet to a point in the South line of said Lot No. 142; thence Easterly along said South line (which is along the Northerly line of Lawton Street) 37.75 feet to the place of beginning. The property address and tax parcel identification number listed herein are provided solely for information purposes, without warranty as to accuracy or completeness.

Property appraised at: Thirty-three Thousand Dollars ($33,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
