By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2019 09 3458 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

And known as being part of Lots Number 4 and 5 in Tract Number 11 in said township and bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pin on the Northerly line of Cuyahoga Falls Mogadore Road which pin is North 47 deg. West, a distance of 543.54 feet from the intersection of the said Northerly line of Cuyahoga Falls Mogadore Road and the East line of Lot Number 4; thence continuing along the Northerly line of said Cuyahoga Falls Mogadore Road, North 47 deg. West, a distance of 90 feet to an iron pin; thence North 43 deg. East, a distance of 625 feet to a point; thence South 47 deg. East, a distance of 90 feet to a point; thence South 43 deg. West, a distance of 625 feet to the place of beginning.

Property appraised at: One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($117,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
