By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2019 12 4613 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

 

FRIDAY, THE 15TH DAY

OF MAY, A.D., 2020

 

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Barberton, County of Summit and State of Ohio, and known as being the North 20 feet of Lot Number 194 and the South 20 feet of Lot Number 195 in John McNamara's Shannon Side Allotment as recorded April 20, 1900 in Plat Book 7, Page 34 of the records of Summit County, Ohio.

Prior Deed Reference: Reception No. 54400919 on March 15, 2000; Reception No. 54398535 on March 7, 2000; Volume 7290, Page 404 on September 22, 1986.

 

Property located at: 233 19th Street, NW, Barberton, OH 44203.

Property appraised at: Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

on the 29th day of May, 2020. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))

The Sheriff's Office nor any of its affiliates have access to the inside of said property, at any time. (This includes appraisals for bank loans.)
