By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2019 06 2068to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

And known as being Lot No. 201 and 202 in the Lucy's Stevens Shadybrook Allotment, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 15, Summit County Record of Plats, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Situated in the Township of Springfield, County of Summit and State of Ohio, to-wit:

Being all of Lot No. 203 in the Lucy's Stevens Shadybrook Allotment, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Pages 14-23, Summit County Records.

Deed Reference Number: Dated June 21, 2002, filed July 23, 2002, recorded as Instrument Number 54728033, Summit County, Ohio records.

 

Property located at: 2452 Hillstock Avenue, Akron, OH 44312.

Property appraised at: Seventy-two Thousand Dollars ($72,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on the 21st day of August, 2020. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
