By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2019 10 3807 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

 

FRIDAY, THE 14TH DAY

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

And known as being part of Lot 12 in the Viall and Munson Allotment of Block 20 as surveyed and numbered by R. S. Paul, County Surveyor, in 1881 and recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 25 of the records of Summit County. The part of said lot hereby conveyed is bounded and described as follows:

On the North by the North line of said lot on West by the West line of said lot, on the South by the South line of said lot on the East by a line a drawn parallel to the West line of said lot and 40 feet distant therefrom. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property appraised at: Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
