By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2019 09 3629to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

 

FRIDAY, THE 30TH DAY

OF OCTOBER, A.D., 2020

 

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio and known as being a part of Lot 2, Tract 6, formerly Springfield Township, and more fully described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of Triplett Blvd., (as widened) which point is Westerly along said North line, a distance of 90 feet from its intersection with the West line of Lot No. 167 in the Knollwood Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 29, Pages 64-65, Summit County Records; thence Westerly continuing along Northerly line of Triplett Blvd., a distance of 45 feet to a point; thence Northerly parallel to the Westerly line of Lot No. 167 of said Knollwood Allotment, a distance of 125 feet to a point; thence Easterly parallel to the Northerly line of Triplett Blvd., a distance of 45 feet to a point; thence Southerly 125 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.13 acres of land. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Subject to restrictions, conditions, limitations, reservation and easements, if any, of record.

Property appraised at: Ninety-nine Thousand Dollars ($99,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on the 13th day of November, 2020. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))

The Sheriff's Office nor any of its affiliates have access to the inside of said property, at any time. (This includes appraisals for bank loans.)
