By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2019 03 1219to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

 

FRIDAY, THE 6TH DAY

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Cuyahoga Falls, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

Known as being Lot 111 in Highland View Allotment, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 18 of Summit County, Ohio records.

Deed Reference Number: Dated September 2, 2005, filed September 9, 2005, recorded as Instrument Number 55232236, Summit County, Ohio records.

 

Property located at: 207 Lincoln Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.

Property appraised at: Seventy-eight Thousand Dollars ($78,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on the 20th day of November, 2020. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
