By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2020 12 3368to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

And known as being Lots No. 220 and 221 in the Brewster-Arlington Allotment, as surveyed by Paul Scherrer and recorded in Summit County Records, Plat Book 22, Pages 26-32 inclusive.

Deed Reference Number: Dated April 18, 2003, filed April 21, 2003, recorded as Instrument Number 54858809, Summit County, Ohio records.

 

Property located at: 874 Triplett Boulevard, Akron, OH 44306.

Property appraised at: Sixty-three Thousand Dollars ($63,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on the 17th day of May, 2021. The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
