By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2020 08 2227 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

And known as being part of Lot 5, Tract 9, formerly Tallmadge Township and bounded and described as follows:

Beginning in the North line of Eastwood Avenue at the Southwest corner of the Eastland Allotment #3, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 30 and 31, Summit County Records; thence North 88 deg. 31 minutes West along the North line of Eastwood Avenue, a distance of 175 feet to the center line of a proposed street (Danmead Street); thence North 1 deg. 58 minutes East along the center line of a proposed street, a distance of 1584.55 feet to a point and the true place of beginning; thence continuing North 1 deg. 58 minutes East along center line of proposed street, a distance of 75 feet to a point; thence North 88 deg. 02 minutes West, a distance of about 299.22 feet to a point on right-of-way line of the Erie Railroad Company; thence Southwesterly along said right-of-way line, a distance of about 108.1 feet to a point; thence South 88 deg. 02 minutes East, a distance of about 377.11 feet to a point on the center line of proposed street, and the true place of beginning and containing within said boundaries an area of 0.583 of an acre.

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
