Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, will sell each parcel, at public auction, to the highest bidder ONLINE, at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov at 10:00 A.M. on 5th day of October, 2021, and if any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, ONLINE, at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov under the same terms and conditions on the 19th day of October, 2021.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ALL SUCH REAL PROPERTY TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL TAX LIEN THAT MAY NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BY THE SALE. THESE PROPERIES MAY ALSO BE SUBJECT TO A CHILD SUPPORT LIEN THAT WILL NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BY THE SALE.

TERMS OF SALE: Pursuant to Rule 12 of the Summit County Common Pleas Court Rules, a $1,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See Online Bidding Instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price must be paid by cash or cashier’s check ONLY within thirty (30) days of the Filing of the Confirmation of Sale (or Order/Decree of Forfeiture), to the Summit County Sheriff.
