By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2019 08 3071 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

The land referred to herein below is situated in the City of Macedonia, County of Summit and State of Ohio, and is described as follows:

And known as being part of Original Tract #1, SW Twinsburg Township, and described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Macedonia-Hudson Rd. and Hines Rd.; thence N. 34 deg. 31' 20" W. along the center line of the Macedonia Hudson Road, 964.27 feet to an angle in said road; thence along said road center N. 41 28' 50" W., 1,412.70 feet to the true place of beginning; thence S. 48 deg. 31' 10" W., 417.82 feet to a stone; thence N. 271.71 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 64 deg. 52' 10" E., 247.88 feet to the center line of said Macedonia-Hudson Road; thence S. 41 deg. 28' 50" E., 133.78 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.34 acres and known as Parcel No. 1 of a plat made for D. E. Evans by Lander Engineering Co. in July 1947, be the same more or less.

Property appraised at: One Hundred Eight Thousand Dollars ($108,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
