By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2020 11 3050to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

And known as being Unit No. 1 in Building No. 3064 together with an undivided .4558% interest in the common areas and facilities of the Silver Lake Towers Condominium, some part of whose declaration and by-laws are recorded as Instrument Number 415011, in Volume 14, Page 132 of Summit County Official Records, and whose drawings are recorded in Cabinet D, Slides 142 thru 163 of Summit County Condominium Map Records, and amendments thereto, if any.

And known as being Garage Space No. 51, together with an undivided .0261% interest in the common areas and facilities of the Silver Lake Towers Condominium some part of whose declaration and by-laws are recorded as Instrument Number 415011, in Volume 14, Page 132 thru 194 of Summit County Condominium Map Records and amendments thereto, if any.

Property appraised at: Sixty-six Thousand Dollars ($66,000.00).
The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.
Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.
If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on the 22nd day of October, 2021. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))
The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
