at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Stow, County of Summit and State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number One Hundred and Three (103) in the Meadowbrook Lake Allotment #1, as recorded in Plat Book 42, Pages 9 and 10, Summit County Records of Plats. Grantors also grant the right and permission to use in common with other lot owners, lots numbered 164 and 196 in Meadowbrook Lake Allotment #1 and Sub Lot Number 197 fronting on Mac Drive a private road and not a public highway in Meadowbrook Lake Allotment #2, the plat of which is unrecorded; for recreational purposes and the use of Meadowbrook Lake in common with other lot owners for the purposes of boating, fishing, swimming and other recreational pursuits in Meadowbrook Lake in common with other lot owners and the right of access to and egress from Meadowbrook Lake over and across the front adjoining lands of the Grantor.

Property located at: 4731 Sunnyside Drive, Stow, OH 44224.
Property appraised at: One Hundred Two Thousand Dollars ($102,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m. and at the same place on the 9th day of March, 2018. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
The Sheriff's Office nor any of its affiliates have access to the inside of said property, at any time. (This includes appraisals for bank loans.)
