at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

PARCEL NO. 1:
Situated in the City of Fairlawn, County of Summit and State of Ohio and being Lot No. 28 in the Beck Fairlawn Development No. 1 Allotment, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Pages 28-30, Summit County Records of Plats.
PARCEL NO. 2:
Situated in the City of Fairlawn, County of Summit and State of Ohio and known as being the Northerly part of Lot 29 (being that part of Lot 29 lying North of the Southerly line of Lot 27 extended Easterly to Pembroke Road), in the Beck Fairlawn Development No. 1 Allotment, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Pages 28-30, Summit County Records of Plats.

Property appraised at: One Hundred Twenty-one Thousand Dollars ($121,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m. and at the same place on the 23rd day of March, 2018. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
