Whereas, Judgment of Foreclosure has been rendered against certain parcels of real property for taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, costs and charges, the permanent parcel number of each parcel included in such action, the full street address of each parcel, if available, a description of the parcel as set forth in the delinquent land tax list, the name and address of the last known owner thereof, as such appear on the General Tax List, the amount of Judgment, for taxes and costs, for each parcel are as follows:

Name(s) and Street Address of Last Known Owner(s): Harold Starcher, Trustee of the Starcher Living Trust dated November 6, 2008, 982 Eva Avenue, Akron, Ohio 44306.

Amount of Judgment (1) for Taxes: $12,201.63; (2) for Court Costs: $5,548.34; "MINIMUM BID": $17,749.97.

LIENHOLDERS: Summit Servicing Agency, LLC, Harold Starcher, Trustee of the Starcher Living Trust dated November 6, 2008, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital 1 Inc. Trust 2007-SEA1, Evergreen Investment Corp., Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, Barberton Citizens Hospital nka Summa Barberton Citizens Hospital, State of Ohio Department of Taxation, State of Ohio Bureau of Workers HIGH ASCII Char Compensation, and Child Support Enforcement Agency of Summit County, will receive the proceeds from the sale, above the "MINIMUM BID", pursuant to further Order of this Court.

All of the above property being subject to restrictions, covenants, limitations, conditions, easements, and rights of way of record, running with the land.

Whereas, such Judgment orders such real property to be sold by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of the Judgment;

Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, STEVE BARRY, Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, will sell each parcel, at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder at the West door of the Court House in Akron, Ohio, at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of March 2018, and if any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions and at the same place on the 27th day of March 2018.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ALL SUCH REAL PROPERTY TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL TAX LIEN THAT MAY NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BY THE SALE. THESE PROPERTIES MAY ALSO BE SUBJECT TO A CHILD SUPPORT LIEN THAT WILL NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BY THE SALE.

TERMS OF SALE: Pursuant to Rule 12 of the Summit County Common Pleas Court Rules, a deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 cash or certified check, payable to the Summit County Sheriff, is required at the time the bid is accepted. Purchaser is required to pay interest in the amount of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of his bid, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price must be paid within thirty (30) days of the Filing of the Confirmation of Sale (or Order/Decree of Forfeiture).
