By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2021 04 1152 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

 

THURSDAY, THE 10TH DAY

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

Known as part of Lot Five (5), Tract Eight (8), formerly Coventry Township (now in the City of Akron) and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point in the East line of Kling Street (sometimes called Steinbacher Avenue) in said City of Akron, 162.36 feet Southerly from the intersection of the East line of Kling Street with the South line of Voris Street if extended Easterly across said Kling Street; thence Easterly on a line parallel with the South line of Voris Street if extended as aforesaid 132 feet; thence Southerly 45.95 feet to a point which is 132 feet Easterly from the East line of said Kling Street; thence Westerly one hundred and thirty-two (132) feet to the East line of said Kling Street; thence Northerly 46.25 feet along the East line of Kling Street to the place of beginning, reserving the right to plat and number the same.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
