Please take notice that the said late Ray Liming has been named Defendant in an eviction action brought by DB Development LLC dba Alexander's MHP, as Plaintiff, now pending in the Akron Municipal Court, Summit County, Ohio, Case No. 23 CVG 00306. The eviction hearing for the claim for restitution of the said premises shall be scheduled for a hearing in accordance with local court rules, but in no event sooner than the seventh day from the date service is complete.
