By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2019 10 4047 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

And known as being a part of Original Lot No. 9, Tract No. 1 North of Twinsburg Township and also being known as Stone Creek Condominium, Unit 47, Building "P", as shown by the condominium declaration as recorded in Volume 7235, Pages 123 to 164, and as shown by the drawings recorded in Plat Cabinet "B", Slides 419 and 420; as amended by the election to expand to include Phase II as recorded in Volume 7239, Pages 647 to 650 and as shown by the amended plat of Phase II, as recorded in Plat Cabinet "B", Slides 517 to 519 and as further amended by the plat recorded July 10, 1986 in Plat Cabinet "B", Slides 585 to 600 as amended by the election to expand to include Phase III recorded as Instrument No. 292633 and as shown by the plat of Phase III recorded in Plat Cabinet "B", Slides 712 through 716, as further amended by the plat recorded in Plat Cabinet "C", Slides 1 through 17, and as further amended by the plat filed in Plat Cabinet "C", Slides 180 through 194, as further amended by Instrument No. 348629 and by the drawings filed in Plat Cabinet "C", Slides 266 to 278 of the Summit County Records, together with an undivided 2.03% interest in the common areas and facilities of said condominium, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.
Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.
If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
