By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2019 07 2595to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

 

FRIDAY, THE 14TH DAY

OF AUGUST, A.D., 2020

 

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

 

68-02805, 68-02806 & 68-02808

Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

Known as being all of Lots No. 6, 7 and 8 in Block Twenty-eight (28) in the L. A. Young Allotment in as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 16-27 of Summit County Record of Plats, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Subject to easements, conditions, restrictions and covenants of record and/or in existence.

 

Property located at: 1240 Cordova Avenue, Akron, OH 44320.

Property appraised at: Eighty-seven Thousand Dollars ($87,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on the 28th day of August, 2020. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))

The Sheriff's Office nor any of its affiliates have access to the inside of said property, at any time. (This includes appraisals for bank loans.)
