Anthony R. Law, 2392 Audubon Rd., Akron, OH 44320, Plaintiff, vs. Edward Marks, Jr., (Deceased) and Unknown Heirs, Defendants.

Unknown Heirs of Edward Marks Jr., whose last known addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on May 19, 2021, Anthony R. Law, as plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Forefeiture of Land Contract (RC 5313.01-5313.10) in the Akron Municipal Court, Summit County Ohio, being Case No 21 CV 03480, requesting this court declare the land contract forfeited and provide an order for filing with the Summit County Fiscal Officer forfeiting the Defendant Edward Marks Jr.'s interest in the said property.

Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the complaint on or before the 10th day of November 2021.
