at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Norton, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Lot No. 41, Norton Village, commencing at a point in the West line of Lot 41 in the center of the Summit-Medina Line Road, which point is 317 feet North of the centerline of Greenwich Road; thence Northerly along the West line of said Lot 41 and the center line of said Summit-Medina Line Road, a distance of 330 feet to a point; thence East at a right angle to the first mentioned course, a distance of 165 feet to a point; thence Southerly parallel to the West line of said Lot No. 41, a distance of 330 feet to a point; thence Westerly a distance of 165 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.25 acres of land, more or less. Formerly a part of Lot 41, Norton Township, prior to annexation.

Property appraised at: Ninety-six Thousand Dollars ($96,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m. and at the same place on the 7th day of April, 2017. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
