You are hereby notified that Georgene C. Bayer whose residence was 1091 Sand Run Rd., Akron, OH 44313 died July 13, 2025; Decedent's purported Last Will and Testament was offered and admitted to record in the Summit County Probate Court, 209 S. High Street, Akron, Ohio 44308-1668, on the 4th day of August 2025; and Richard W. Burke, Esq. was appointed as fiduciary.

Any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002, and no more than four months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die before January 1, 2002.
