You are hereby notified that James Slechta whose residence was 7106 Herrick Park Drive, Hudson, OH 44236 died March 21, 2026; Decedent's purported Last Will and Testament was offered and admitted to record in the Summit County Probate Court, 209 S. High Street, Akron, Ohio 44308-1668, on the 3rd day of June 2026; and Dave Gries was appointed as fiduciary.

Any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002, and no more than four months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die before January 1, 2002.
