To: All Next of Kin of Tyrone Charles Millhouse II whose present addresses are unknown:

You are hereby notified that Tyrone Charles Millhouse II whose residence was 1274 Courtland Ave., Akron, OH 44320 died January 20, 2024; Decedent's purported Last Will and Testament was offered and admitted to record in the Summit County Probate Court, 209 S. High Street, Akron, Ohio 44308-1668, on the 7th day of March 2024; and Elisa P. Pizzino was appointed as fiduciary.

Any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002, and no more than four months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die before January 1, 2002.
