You are hereby notified that Mamie Rhea Toole whose residence was 712 Crenshaw Ave., Akron, OH 44320 died January 6, 2024; Decedent's purported Last Will and Testament was offered and admitted to record in the Summit County Probate Court, 209 S. High Street, Akron, Ohio 44308-1668, on the 2nd day of March 2026; and Shorain L. McGhee seeks to be appointed as fiduciary.

Any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002, and no more than four months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die before January 1, 2002.
