Policy whose residence was 2934 Silver Lake Boulevard, Silver Lake, OH 44224 died September 6, 2025; Decedent's purported Last Will and Testament was offered and admitted to record in the Summit County Probate Court, 209 S. High Street, Akron, Ohio 44308-1668, on the 30th day of April 2026; and Susan A. Rothmann was appointed as fiduciary.

Any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002, and no more than four months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die before January 1, 2002.
