3.01 Hours

The hours for holding the regular sessions of the Court shall be from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday of each week, except on those days designated by law as legal holidays. Each judge may establish earlier opening or later closing times as required to handle civil pretrials or motion hearings, and a judge may extend the closing hour during trials when deemed necessary.
