McEbright CLC celebrated building dedication Aug. 30

The dedication celebration for the new McEbright Community Learning Center, 349 Cole Ave. Akron, was Aug. 30. Principal Jennifer Lucas, friends, family and students toured their new facility and heard remarks from Superintendent David W. James and Mayor Don Plusquellic.

McEbright is the 22nd building to open as part of Akron's dynamic plan to remodel and rebuild Akron Public Schools. McEbright will display large windows and new technology in every classroom that will brighten and foster the learning environment and help connect the classroom to the larger world.
