Known as being a part of the Southwest quarter of Section Number Eleven (11), further bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of the Manchester Road and the South line of said Section Number Eleven (11); thence N. 6 degrees 38 minutes E., along the center line of said Manchester Road, a distance of 100.50 feet to an angle point; thence N. 14 degrees, 05 minutes E., continuing along the centerline of said Manchester Road, a distance of 373.59 feet to a point and the true place of beginning of the land herein described; thence N. 86 degrees 59 minutes W., along a line parallel to the South line of said Section Number Eleven (11), a distance of 649.25 feet to a point; thence N. 3 degrees 10 minutes 30 seconds E., a distance of 131.57 feet to a point; thence S. 86 degrees 59 minutes E., along a line parallel to the South line of Section Number Eleven (11), a distance of 674.62 feet to a point in the center line of said Manchester Road; thence S. 14 degrees 05 minutes W., along the centerline of said Manchester Road, a distance of 134.06 feet to the true place of beginning and contains two (2) acres of land as surveyed by W. S. Mathews in August, 1935. Also reserving the right to number the above described parcel as Parcel No. 2 of an unrecorded allotment of the Aaron A. Swigart Farm.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.
If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
