By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2022 08 2906to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on





at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:



Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

And known as being all of Unit No. 309 of the One Thousand Parkway West Condominiums, as described in the declaration of condominium ownership for condominiums recorded in Volume 5376, Page 69 and as shown on the drawings thereof recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 1 of Summit County Records of Plats, together with an undivided percentage interest in the common areas and facilities as described in said declaration, as amended of record.

Deed Reference Number: Dated August 31, 2005, filed September 9, 2005, recorded as Instrument Number 55232101, Summit County, Ohio records.


Property located at: 924 Memorial Parkway, Unit 309, Akron, OH 44303.

Property appraised at: Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on the 3rd day of March, 2023. The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
