Beginning at an iron pipe in the North line of East Tallmadge Avenue and in the East line of a parcel of land sold to Christina Rausch by William Kauffman, July 21, 1900, by deed recorded in Vol. 263, Page 240 of Summit County Records, which iron pipe is N. 88 degrees 49' W., a distance of 242.50 feet from the West of Blaine Avenue; thence N. 88 degrees 49' W., along the North line of said East Tallmadge Avenue, a distance of 44.82 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 3 degrees 21' E., a distance of 137.73 feet to a point in the South line of Lot Twenty-seven (27) in Wesley J. Wise and William Kauffman Allotment, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 49 of Summit County Records; thence S. 88 degrees 49' E., along the South line of Lot Twenty-seven (27), a distance of 42.75 feet to a sewer pipe at the Southeast corner of said Lot Twenty-seven (27); thence S. 2 degress 30' W., along the East line of said land sold to Christian Rausch, a distance of 137.70 feet to the place of beginning and contains 0.14 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by W. Beginning at the Northeast corner of East Tallmadge Avenue and Schiller Avenue; thence N. 6 degrees 40' East along the East line of Schiller Avenue, one hundred thirty-eight and twenty hundredths (138.20) feet to a point in the North line of land conveyed by William Kauffman to Christian Rausch by deed dated July 21, 1900, recorded in Vol. 263, Page 240, Summit County Records; thence South 88 degrees 30' East along said line, one hundred twenty-eight and twenty-five hundredths (128.25) feet to a point; thence Southerly one hundred thirty-seven and seventy-five hundredths (137.75) feet to a point in the North line of Tallmadge Avenue which point is one hundred thirty-four and forty-six hundredths (134.46) feet East of the intersection of the North margin of Tallmadge Avenue with the East margin of Schiller Avenue; thence Westerly with the North margin of Tallmadge Avenue to the place of beginning and containing 0.414 of an acre of land, be the same more or less (43 E. The true place of beginning being the Northwest corner of Tallmadge Avenue (60' in width) and Schiller Avenue (50' in width); thence Northeasterly along the East line of Schiller Avenue (60' R/W), N. 06 deg. 87' 00" E., (Plat Bearing), 10.87 feet to a point of curve; thence Southeasterly through land owned by the North Hill Church of Christ and along the arc of a circle curving to the left (central angle = 94 deg. 48' 00", radius = 10.00', chord = 14.72', chord bearing = S. 41 deg. 47' 00" E.), 16.55 feet to the North line of Tallmadge Avenue (80' R/W); thence Westerly along the North line of Tallmadge Avenue N. 89 deg. 11' 00" W., 10.87 feet to the True Place of Beginning for the land hereinbefore described and containing 26.02 square feet of land as described by the City of Akron, Bureau of Numbering in January, 1994.

TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at
