And known and described as being parts of Lots Numbers Twenty-nine (29) and Thirty (30) of the Boyer Allotment, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 50, Summit County Records. Beginning at a point in the West line of said Lot No. Thirty (30), which part is sixteen and sixty-five hundredths (16.65) feet Northerly from the Southwest corner thereof; thence Easterly one hundred and ten (110) feet along a line parallel to and sixteen and sixty-five hundredths (16.65) feet Northerly from said South line of Lot No. Thirty (30) to an iron pin; thence Southerly thirty-six and sixty-five hundredths (36.65) feet along a line parallel to the West line of said Lots No's. The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at
