By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2024 05 1991 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

The land referred to in this policy is situated in the Township of Copley, County of Summit, State of OH and is described as follows:
And known as being part of Lot 27 in said township and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of the Akron-Copley Road with the centerline of Taylor Road (Taylor Road is now known as Jacoby Road), so called; thence S. 0 deg. 48' E., along the centerline of Taylor Rd., 211 feet to a point which is the place of beginning of land herein described; thence S. 74 deg. 6' E., 135.72 feet to a point; thence S. 0 deg. 48' E., 50 feet to a point; thence S. 89 deg. 12' W., 130 feet to the centerline of Taylor Road, so called; thence N. 0 deg. 48' W., 89 feet along the centerline of Taylor Rd., so called to the place of beginning. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Being the same premises conveyed from Kimberly S. Eskew, a married woman to Kimberly S. Eskew and Ricky A. Eskew, wife and husband for their joint lives, remainder to the survivor of them in a deed dated 09/26/1991 and recorded date 09/26/1991 in Instrument Number 676253, Book 776, Page 281 of the official records.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.
If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
