By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2022 12 4239 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

The following real property, situated in the Village of Lakemore, County of Summit and State of Ohio, and is described as follows:

And known as being all of Lot No. 30, Hidden Lake Estates Subdivision, Phase 3 recorded in Reception No. 54952851, and re-recorded in Reception Nos. 55103368, 55115740 and 55133264 of Summit County Records.

Prior Deed Reference: Instrument No. 55405828

 

Property located at: 1154 Eaton Drive, Akron, OH 44312.

Property appraised at: Two Hundred Twenty-two Thousand Dollars ($222,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
