Martin Petro, The Estate of Martin Petro and all Occupants, whose last known address is 24 East Buddy Street, Barberton, OH 44203, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained; and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on January 6, 2025, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Forcible Entry and Detainer (Oral Lease) in the Barberton Municipal Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CVG25 00005, demanding judgment against Defendants for immediate restitution of the premises located at 24 East Buddy St., Barberton, OH and for authority for Plaintiff to permit, in accordance with section 1923.12 and division (B) of section 1923.13 and division (B) of section 1923.14 of the Revised Code, the removal from the manufactured home park and potential sale, destruction or transfer of ownership of the Defendant's manufactured home and for reasonable costs, interest and any other relief this court deems to be just and equiable.
Please take notice that an eviction hearing is set for February 13, 2025 at 1:30 p.m.
