And known as being part of Lot Number 10 West of the Portage Path bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point in the center line of West Market Street South 56 deg. East 245 feet from the intersection of said center line of West Market Street with the Easterly line of Lot Number 1 in the Elm Hill Estates, produced Northeasterly, the plat of said allotment being recorded in the Recorder’s Office of Summit County, Ohio, in Plat Book 28, Pages 50 to 58 inclusive; Thence South 56 deg. East along the center line of said West Market Street 50 feet to the Northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed by Arthur H. Marks and Florence W. Marks to Newton S. East for 8 feet along the center of West Market Street; Thence at right angles to West Market Street South 34 deg. West 177 feet to a pin; Thence at right angles North 56 deg. Property appraised at: Four Hundred Eight Thousand Dollars ($408,000.00).
The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.
Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.
If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
