By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2022 12 4241 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

 

FRIDAY, THE 12TH DAY

OF SEPTEMBER, A.D., 2025

 

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Green, County of Summit and State of Ohio and further described as follows:

And known as being part of the Northwest quarter of Section 11 in said city more fully described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the center line of Dewalt Drive, which point is South 2 deg. 42' West along said center line 990.98 feet from its intersection with the North line of Section 11; thence continuing South 2 deg. 42' West along the center line of Dewalt Drive, 150.07 feet; thence South 87 deg. 18' East, 270.00 feet; thence North 2 deg. 42' East, 149.30 feet; thence North 87 deg. 08' 10" West, 270.00 feet to the center line of Dewalt Drive and the place of beginning. Containing .928 acre as surveyed by E. A. Hand in March, 1969 and reserving the West 25 feet of said property for street purposes.

Property appraised at: Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($213,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
