Known as being Lot Number 67 in Charlestown Place Phase Two Allotment, Green Township, Summit County, Ohio, as shown in plat recorded in Reception Number 54962543 of the Summit County Records.
Property located at: 2264 Handforth Street, Uniontown, OH 44685.
Property appraised at: Three Hundred Sixty-three Thousand Dollars ($363,000.00).
The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

MINIMUM BID SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 2/3 OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE APPRAISED VALUE OF THE REAL ESTATE AND THE AMOUNT REMAINING UNPAID ON THE CLAIM OR OBLIGATION SECURED BY THE FIRST MORTGAGE IN FAVOR OF THE DEFENDANT, NEWREZ, LLC DBA SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING. TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.
If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at
