By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2025 06 2864 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

Beginning at a point in the North line of Scenic Drive and at the Southeast corner of Lot 68; thence North 89 degrees 41 minutes West, along the North line of Scenic Drive, 113.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees 10 minutes East, 200.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 41 minutes East, 113.00 feet to the East line of Lot 68; thence South 0 degrees 19 minutes West, along the East line of said Lot 68, 200.00 feet to the place of beginning, reserving from the interest of Mark A. Para, a life estate to Shirely Marie Trukovich.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.
If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
