Situated in the City of Macedonia, County of Summit and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 114 in Lake Forest Estates Subdivision Phase 3 as shown by the recorded plat in Reception No. 54486550 and re-recorded in Reception No. 54498707 of Summit County Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Deed Reference Number: Dated May 6, 2008, filed July 10, 2008, recorded as Instrument Number 55556549, Summit County, Ohio records.
Property located at: 7660 Pond Brook Lane, Macedonia, OH 44056.
Property appraised at: Four Hundred Eleven Thousand Dollars ($411,000.00).
The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

MINIMUM BID SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 2/3 OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE APPRAISED VALUE OF THE REAL ESTATE AS APPRAISED AND THE AMOUNT REMAINING UNPAID ON NOTE AND MORTGAGE DUE TO DEFENDANT DITECH FINANICAL, LLC FKA GREEN TREE SERVICING. TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.
If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at
