at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the Township of Sagamore Hills, County of Summit and State of Ohio and known as being Lot 76 in the Greenwood Village Subdivision No. 5 as recorded in Plat Cabinet A, Slides 216 and 217 of Summit County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property located at: 934 Pinewood View Road, Northfield, OH 44067.
Property appraised at: Three Hundred Eighty-one Thousand Dollars ($381,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
