at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Lot 6, Tract 4, formerly Springfield Township and more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the East line of Tract 4 and centerline of Hilbish Avenue with the North line of Lot 20, produced Easterly, of Peterboro Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages 36 and 37, Summit County Records of Plats; thence North 4 deg. 29 min. East along the East line of Tract 4 and centerline of Hilbish Avenue, 733.10 feet to the centerline of Faye Road; thence North 85 deg. 54 min. West along the centerline of Faye Road, 740.00 feet to the centerline of Evelyn Lane; thence North 4 deg. 29 min. East along the centerline of Evelyn Lane, 255.00 feet to the true place of beginning of land hereby described; thence North 4 deg. 29 min. East, along the centerline of Evelyn Lane 80.00 feet; thence North 85 deg. 54 min. West, 378.78 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 4 deg. 29 min. West, 80.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 85 deg. 54 min. East, 378.78 feet to the true place of beginning and containing, as surveyed in August, 1955, by S. G. Swigart & Son, 0.6956 of an acre of land, reserving from the above described premises the East 25.00 feet thereof for highway purposes.

TERMS OF SALE: $7,950.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
