By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2011 01 0533 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, DREW ALEXANDER, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

FRIDAY, THE 26TH DAY

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the Village of Reminderville, County of Summit and State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows, to wit:

And known as being Unit A, Bldg. No. 3 of the Inlet Pointe Condominium together with its percentage of interest in and to the common areas and facilities Inlet Pointe Condominium as shown by the drawings recorded in the Plat Book 124, Pages 67 and 68 of Summit County Records and as further described in the declaration and bylaws of the Inlet Pointe Condominium recorded in Volume 6516, Pages 1-57, inclusive of the condominium records of Summit County and as amended by First Amendment to declaration of condominium ownership of Inlet Pointe Condominium recorded June 3, 1983, in Volume 6758, Page 5 of Summit County Records and as shown by the drawings thereto recorded in Plat Cabinet A, Slides 19 through 22, inclusive Summit County Records of Plats an amended percentage interest as set forth in said First Amendment and be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property appraised at: One Hundred Twenty-nine Thousand Dollars ($129,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $6,450.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
