By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2011 08 4225 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, DREW ALEXANDER, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

Selby 6.3267 acre parcel of land as recorded in Volume 2552, Page 321 of Summit County Records of Deeds and more fully described as follows:

Property located at: 1350 Ghent Hills Road, Akron, OH 44333.

Property appraised at: One Hundred Fifty-six Thousand Dollars ($156,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $7,800.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
