Situated in the Township of Bath, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot 19 in North Bath Estates as shown on the plat recorded as Document Number 54312169 of Summit County Records.
Property located at: 2131 Charles Lane, Akron, OH 44333.
Property appraised at: Eight Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($810,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
