Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
And known as being all of Lot Number 13 of the Carpenter Heights Allotment, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 10 of Summit County Records of Plats. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property appraised at: Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $3,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
