Situated in the Township of Copley, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
And known as being Sublot No. 54 in the Hillside Estates Subdivision Phase 2 of part of Original Copley Township Lot No. 1 and recorded in Reception No. 55255005 of Summit County Map Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Property located at: 302 Alexander Court, Copley, OH 44321.
Property appraised at: Three Hundred Thirty-three Thousand Dollars ($333,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
